The Inaugural ARL NorthAm Adventure. Drive 3500 miles across the
United States and Canada to New York, ship the car to London,
England, drive another 11,000 miles and pass through as many as 21
countries, 8 mountain ranges, 3 deserts, rogue bandits, camel and yak
crossings, unstable fledgling governments, bad roads, no roads,
countries ending in "Stan," a total solar eclipse, 1 Great Wall, and Uluru
to Sydney, Australia in a 1991 Geo Metro with a 3 cylinder 993cc engine.
Crazy? You bet! Circumnavigate the globe in planes, trains, ferries,
and a $500 automobile. What's not crazy is our reason for doing it. It's
all for very important charities like The Christina Noble Children's
Foundation and the Hemophilia Foundations of Northern California and
Hawai'i.
